We hope you have a fun and safe time on your yurt trip. See the Resources page for maps of the yurt locations, as well as a suggested gear list that can help you have the best experience possible at the yurt.
After emailing us to request a reservation, you will receive a response with a digital reservation packet, which includes (1) your invoice and (2) two forms for your review and signature. The two forms are the yurt guidelines and a release form, and they must be read and signed by everyone in your party. We cannot confirm your reservation, nor send you the code to get into the yurt, until you have submitted payment and the signed forms. You can submit the forms via email or USPS mail prior to your stay.
If you prefer to receive hardcopies of your reservation packet by mail, please let us know. You can also view and/or download the Yurt Guidelines and Release Document from the Reservation Documents page.
Please note that none of the yurts have cell coverage. You will not be able to use your cell phone for navigation unless you pre-download map base layers and use your phone’s GPS while in airplane mode.

Reservation Documents
Part of the booking portal is an electronic signing of the waivers we need, the release form and appropriate yurt guidelines. If for some reason one of your party cannot sign these forms electronically, they can be downloaded and printed from the files below, or we can provide a paper copy. Please let us know.
